Reviews and Testimonials

  • Choosing a therapist is hard, I did around 3-4 interviews but Sarah stuck out to me from the first call. She has a natural ability to make you feel truly heard and explains her thoughts, and your thoughts, with such clarity and warmth, it’s often like having a therapist who is your sister. Obviously, while in-keeping the professionalism) It’s safe to say that without Sarah, I would have a very limited understanding of myself, my life and my place in society. She has helped me form a high opinion of myself, and has taken me from the edge of self hatred - so someone who respects himself deeply, most of the time. I’ve got lots more to do with Sarah, I still have hard days, but I very much don’t recognise myself in the mirror from the man who stood in front of me 18 months ago - I have transformed my life & self worth with her help. When I came to Sarah, I asked her if she would help me beat my self hatred - she’s done that and more. I couldn’t ask for a better therapist.

  • Sarah has been a wonderfully warm and perceptive guiding light. She has been integral to my recent growth and enhanced coping strategies. Sarah is notably understanding, patient and non-judgemental, with a great knowledge of neurodivergence and tailoring approaches to ensure greater outcomes for differently wired brains such as mine. Having had negative experiences previously with talking therapies, I wasn’t entirely convinced I’d ever find a great fit when looking for a therapist. Thankfully, I was wrong - Sarah is brilliant. I cannot recommend her highly enough and I am hugely grateful for her time and carefully considered approach.

  • Sarah is an incredible therapist. Her patience, poise and wisdom have enabled me to see the world through different eyes. I now feel more confident, more resilient and more prepared for the challenges life brings my way. Her caring approach coupled with her sensitive use of allegory have guided me to understand my triggers and to feel able to stand in my own power. Highly recommend!
